Archive products are made in Canada in small runs, with care and attention built into every stage of the process. Because of that, our shipping timelines reflect the realities of how the work is made.
Production Timing
In-stock items ship within a few business days.
Made-to-order and pre-release pieces are produced in limited runs and require a lead time before shipment. Estimated timing will always be noted on the relevant product page.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Shipping within Canada is free over $100.
Shipping to the United States and international destinations is available for a fee, calculated at checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their destination country. These charges are determined locally and are not included at checkout. All orders ship from Canada, so we recommend checking with your local customs office in advance.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it from our hands to yours.
Returns & Exchanges
We make pieces with longevity in mind, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.
Made-to-order items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may apply.

If you believe there is a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us as soon as possible. We stand behind the integrity of the product and will work to make it right.
