Archive products are made in Canada in small runs, with care and attention built into every stage of the process. Because of that, our shipping timelines reflect the realities of how the work is made.
Production Timing
In-stock items ship within a few business days.
Made-to-order and pre-release pieces are produced in limited runs and require a lead time before shipment. Estimated timing will always be noted on the relevant product page.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Canada
Shipping within Canada is free over $100. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
United States
Shipping to the United States is free over $100. Pre-paid duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
International
Shipping to international destinations is available for a fee, calculated at checkout. All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it from our hands to yours.
Returns & Exchanges
We make pieces with longevity in mind, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.
Made-to-order items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees may apply.
